WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? Or When will the seller send out the order?

After successful payment, the seller will be preparing the shipment and send the goods in due time. If the shipment is not completed in the required time on the order page, Nova Cosmetic will close the order and return all the funds to you. Mostly, sellers will complete the shipment process in 7 business days. The order status, then, will change to "The seller has shipped your order".

  • Returns

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order Online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase or exchange for another item. If you have opened dispute, and it is waiting for you to return goods, please return goods in 10 days (various based on different countries, please get information by connecting with  help center)

How can I pay?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for orders shipping to Canada. You can store multiple credit cards to use for your online purchase on novacosmetic.ca. During this step in the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order.

  • Policy on Unpaid Items

How many days I can complete my payment?

You will have a 10 day period to complete payment for an item once you have gone through the Buy Now process. Not paying for your items on repeated occasions after you have committed to buying could subject you to a range of disciplinary actions, including restrictions to your buying privileges and suspension or termination of your account.

  • Cancel Items

Before payment, you can cancel order directly.
